Registrants canceling more than 7 calendar days before the conference may receive a refund (less a $25 cancellation fee). Registrants canceling within 7 calendar days of the conference are not eligible to receive a refund. Cancellations due to extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis (and are subject to $25 cancellation fee).
